What it costs
Day rates, not a menu. Every event is a different shape, so the final figure comes from your schedule — but you should not have to email to find out the order of magnitude.
Included as standard
- Dual-camera coverage across the full event, from arrivals to close
- Same-day hero set of 15 to 20 edited images each evening
- Full edited gallery, up to 150 images per day, within 5 working days
- Environmental portraits captured through the day
- Web and print-resolution files via a private online gallery
- Full usage rights for your marketing, PR, social and web
- Pre-shoot briefing call to confirm priorities
Engagement
Prices in GBP, held through 2026- Half day
- £450
- Up to four hours on site. A single session, a launch, a workshop, or brand and environment coverage for one location.
- Full day
- £750
- Up to nine hours on site. A one-day conference, an awards evening, a demo day — covered properly from doors to close.
- Multi-day, days 1 to 2
- £750 / day
- Consecutive engagement. Same standard as a full day, including the same-day hero set each evening.
- Multi-day, day 3 onward
- £650 / day
- Per additional day. Longer conferences get cheaper per day, because the setup and the briefing are already done.
- Extended hours
- £125 / hr
- Beyond nine hours, or past 19:00. Agreed on the day rather than assumed.
- Minimum booking
- £450
- Any single engagement. Below that it is not worth either of us doing.
Add-ons and travel
- Rush full gallery within 48 hours — £100 per day of coverage
- Additional coverage or images beyond the standard gallery — quoted on enquiry
- Motion and video — available on enquiry
- Travel within Newcastle city centre — included
- Travel and accommodation beyond the city — at cost, agreed before booking
Booking
A 30% non-refundable deposit on signature holds the date. The balance is due on delivery of the final gallery.
Every engagement is photographed, edited and delivered personally — one point of contact, from the briefing call to the final gallery. There is no account manager and nothing gets passed to a second shooter you have not met.
What changes the number
Duration and the number of rooms running at once, mostly. A four-day conference with concurrent sessions across three buildings is a different job from a four-day conference in one lecture theatre.
Beyond that: how fast you need the full gallery, whether there is an evening social after a full day of sessions, and travel if the event is outside Newcastle. None of it is a surprise once I have seen the schedule.
